CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to Lash Artistry Studio • All bookings must be made on the Gloss Genius App. Gloss Genius will take a 30% deposit on all full sets & other large services. • Forms of payment accepted are Cash, Card, Apple Pay & Zelle • If you are more than 15 minutes late with no communication, your appointment will be cancelled & your card will be charged a no show fee. • 48 hour notice is REQUIRED for any cancellations or reschedules. • Afterpay is available on all services, absolutely no refunds on afterpay services. Reschedules are ok. • all forms and waivers must be signed prior to your first appointment. • NO KIDS are allowed in the studio, I love our children, I have them myself but product and items in the studio are very expensive and we cannot risk the chance of items getting damaged or a child getting hurt. • I will accept foreign fills! There is a special tab for this to be booked so please book accordingly! booking a foreign fill means there is no guarantee that I can fill the work & can still possibly result in a LASH REHAB service •thank you for choosing me as your lash artist! 
 FIXES OR RETENTION ISSUES: If you may have excessive fallout or are unhappy with the final product, you have a 3 day grace period to contact me about any problems and come back to be re serviced free of charge. Anything past 3 days is a PAID service. 
 NO REFUNDS will be issued as the service has been completed.

I consent to the use of my photos/videos for the purpose of marketing. Pictures/videos of myself may appear in print or online (instagram, Facebook, etc.). If you do NOT want your pictures/videos used, please let me know and I will not take any. By booking your appointment you are AGREEING to these terms!
